3 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley Directions:
Combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper in a small nonreactive
saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over a fresh mesculin mix. Add the parsley.
