This goes great over a mozzarella and tomato salad, chicken and vegetables for
chicken salad, or serve it as a topping for poached fish or grilled chicken.
Prep Time: 15 minutes Ingredients
1 cup loosely packed basil leaves 2 ea garlic 2 tbsp pine nuts 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the oil in the food processor or blender.
Process until almost smooth.
Pour the oil through the feed tube with the processor or blender running at the
slowest speed, and process until blended.
