This sauce is great on chicken or tuna.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Ingredients:
2 seedless oranges (naval or Valencia), slices cut out from between each membrane, then cut into bite-size pieces 4 tablespoons plain low-fat or fat-free yogurt 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place on top of chicken or tuna. Serve over a
bed of greens.
