After moving to Mount Pleasant, I was looking for something to keep me involved with medicine so I contacted Dr. Baird and started in October of 2006.  My wife and daughter had excellent results on this program and continue to succeed today!

Throughout my medical career, I have seen first-hand the ravages of cardio-vascular disease.  Many of the major surgical interventions which patients were confronted with could have been avoided or delayed by a comprehensive preventive medicine program.  A focused attention to weight control accomplished by diet and exercise has been proven to be the best program to accomplish overall well being and longevity.
